Thank you for choosing Elite Vibes! We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Below is our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which outlines the process for delivering your gifts directly to your door or the doorstep of your loved ones.

Our shop is open all weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm.
Personal order pickup is not available.
We deliver to inside Amman only.
Orders need to be placed before 2 pm to qualify for same day delivery.
Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed & delivered the following day.
For special delivery arrangements (Date/Time), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We might contact the recipient(s) to confirm their availability and address.
If the recipient address is incorrect, the customer (buyer) will hold the sole responsibility for the delays, losses in, & damage of the delivered item(s). Elite Vibes reserves the right to reject delivery to an alternative address.
Our delivery rates range between JOD 3 to JOD 5 , where delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s location.
Delivery within Amman only will be free of charge for orders equal to or over JOD 100.
Due to exceptional circumstances, we might not always be able to deliver in the allocated time-slot. We will contact you to inform you of the delay and arrange the earliest available alternative.
While we aim to deliver your gifts promptly, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays. We recommend placing your order at least one day in advance specially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, special occasions).
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours from the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate to resolve the issue.
